When ordering jackets, hats, mugs, lapel pins and all of that swag you will need to supply your logo for printing purposes. Often the logos we receive come in the form of jpegs, gifs, tifs etc which most of us can open up on our computers. Sometimes these logos are a good file size and can even be used to print some promotional material. Sometimes the file size is so low that it would print badly on promotional material, after we review and determine the quality we will advise if it is ok to use.
So your logo is ok to use in the format you provided. Maybe the next product you order will require the logo to be in a different format. It all depends on what item we are supplying and how that item is printed. Typically the logos we need for this kind of printing is only viewable using special graphics software.
